2. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email along with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

4. Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Duties and taxes may be applied by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship your orders promptly, please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather, high demand, or customs processing (for international orders). We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error with your address, please contact us immediately at support@fastelectronicx.com. We may be able to update your shipping details if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it. In some cases, we may require you to submit a claim with the carrier.
9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
